Equipment composition:
Extruder mainframe: It is the core equipment, usually adopting single-screw or twin-screw extruders. The screw and barrel are key components. The screw is responsible for plasticizing and extruding plastic raw materials, and the barrel is made of high-temperature resistant materials. The motor drives the screw to rotate, and multiple heaters provide temperature control to ensure effective plasticization of the raw materials.
Cooling system: Mainly composed of a stainless steel cooling water tank and a cooling circulation device. After the pipe is extruded and formed, it is immersed in the cooling water tank. The circulating water pump ensures the fluidity of the cooling water, rapidly lowering the temperature and stabilizing the pipe's shape.
Traction system: Usually equipped with multiple sets of traction belts or chains. Through friction, the formed pipes are stably pulled out of the cooling water tank. The speed adjustment device automatically adjusts the traction speed according to the production line speed, ensuring the dimensional accuracy and consistency of the pipes.
Cutting system: Composed of high-precision cutting tools and a cutting control system, it can precisely cut continuous pipes to the preset length in synchronization with the production line, ensuring consistent cutting lengths.
Storage system: Includes winding devices or stacking platforms, used for automatically winding or stacking the cut pipes according to specifications, facilitating storage and transportation.
Working principle:
Plastic raw materials are heated and plasticized in the extruder mainframe, forming a uniform molten material. The molten material passes through an extrusion die with a double-layer flow channel structure, forming inner and outer layer pipe blanks. Subsequently, the pipe blanks enter the corrugation forming machine. In the corrugation forming module, through the action of vacuuming and introducing compressed air, the outer layer pipe wall is blown up and adheres to the corrugated mold, forming a corrugated shape. The formed pipes are cooled and shaped in the spray cooling tank, then pulled out at a constant speed by the traction system, and finally cut to the specified length by the planetary cutting machine, with the finished products collected by the discharge rack.
